Honghe Cigarette Factory was established in 1985, trial production of "Honghe" brand cigarettes in 1987, and application for registration of "Honghe" cigarette brand trademark in 1989. Since 1993, Honghe Cigarette Factory has realized single-brand production, and is the only tobacco industry enterprise in China that only produces a single brand, forming one brand (Honghe), 15 varieties, taking into account the high, medium and low grades, to meet the variety structure of different levels of consumer demand. In 2007, the brand output was 1.615 million boxes, and the brand sales revenue was 16.02 billion yuan.
