In 1948, in order to celebrate the establishment of China Evergrande Enterprise Company, East Asia Tobacco Factory established "Evergrande" brand cigarettes, and entrusted Chen Jiaxiang, a famous designer of Tianjin Huazhong Printing Office, to design the "Evergrande" brand cigarette label. After the founding of New China, East Asia Tobacco Factory was successively renamed as the public Tianjin Evergrande Tobacco Factory, Tianjin Evergrande Cigarette Factory, and the local state-owned Tianjin Evergrande Tobacco Factory. In 1956, Evergrande Tobacco Factory was merged into Tianjin Cigarette Factory. "Evergrande brand" cigarettes have become the main products of Tianjin Cigarette Factory.
